Down several starters, the Panthers nonetheless put up an impressive battle against 2023 National Champions Babson College on Saturday.  Although they prevailed in the final tally, Babson was stalled out repeatedly by a tenacious Panther defense, with young players taking the field and veterans subbing in at new positions. “After a physically demanding match against Colby last weekend, we expected our group to be tested this week against Babson,” said Coach Kerry Wiebe.  The defending national champions didn’t give us any breaks and we had trouble finding a rhythm. We know we’ll have to trust the process and keep developing players.  We will continue to work hard and improve everyday while shifting our focus to our test against Providence.”
